Yoga Workshops and Retreats

A retreat is an opportunity to step away from our ordinary lives and move into a more contemplative space in which we deepen our attunement to the authentic self. During retreats we increase our practice time, and cultivate an environment free of distractions where we can relax and turn within. In the company of other like-minded folks and nature, we move through times of solitude and times with others. We share meals together and witness each other’s process. At the end, we emerge clearer about the lives we are living, and better able to move towards the life we feel called to live. I offer once a month longer classes on Saturdays as well as five-day and week-long residential retreats to facilitate this process for you.
