Welcome

I am so glad you came by.  I am currently on a 9 month sabbatical from teaching weekly classes in Seattle, temporarily living in Albuquerque, NM studying at the Ayurvedic Institute with Dr. Lad through June, 2012.  I will be offering several workshops during this time, and returning to teach in Seattle at the end of June, 2012.

Registration is now open for Spring Renewal: a Yoga and Meditation Retreat for women at Breitenbush Hotsprings March 11 - 15, 2012.  I will be back at Breitenbush for Yoga Summer Camp June 24 - July 1, 2012. I will be back on Whidbey Island for a long fall weekend of yoga and meditation at Aldermarsh on October 19 - 21, 2012. Check back at the end of the year for information about yoga retreats in the  Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico or Hawaii which I am thinking about for early 2014!
